Tis the season to…make excuses!!!
Two weeks ago, I posted Part 1 of How To Be A Better Me. Since then, I have renewed my CPR certification, taken two instructor’s group fitness classes, updated my music, and completed 4 yoga sessions.
They say never compare employees to motivate the “weaker” employee. It can do just the opposite of motivate, leave the person feeling bad about their self, and perform poorer.

Goals are what keep me motivated. I’ve decided to share my basic weekly goals that I set to help me continue moving forward in life, and ultimately make a better me!
