BOSU Circuit

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a Bosu ball?! Okay, okay. Bad joke, since Bosu balls don’t fly. Nevertheless, it is a strange-looking object at first sight. It may be even a little intimidating to some. So if you’ve been avoiding this odd contraption at your gym because you are unsure of how to use it, maybe I can help you give it a go!

I like to describe the Bosu ball as a diverse, exercise tool used to simply throw you off balance! What?! Yes, that’s right! It causes your body to work harder to stabilize itself, developing your balance over time. Not only does it help to improve balance, it can also help improve your ankle and hip mobility, and is often used in therapy for knee rehabilitation. It also plays a role in preventing, or minimizing, back pain through strengthen your core. You may use it for slow-paced, strengthening exercises, or quick, power moves which will elevate your heart rate and give you a cardio workout!

This circuit combines both steady moves and powerful moves for a combination of strength, cardio, and stability. Ready to give it a try?
