Wednesday, June 21st marked the beginning of my favorite season! (Not that Miami has any other seasons any way). Last summer, I launched the first Summer Meltdown series with Cardio Kickboxing. Summer Meltdown is dedicated to helping burn some unwanted fat so that we can feel confident in our shorts, tanks, and swimwear.
This year I’m bringing back an oldie, but a goodie: Step Aerobics! If any of you are familiar with this fitness format, you’ll find that some of my moves aren’t the traditional Reebok Step from the ’80s, but, nonetheless, are easy to follow and fun! As last year, I’ll be posting a new combo each week. First, I’d like to share the “Spring Break” Step combo I put together back in March. Enjoy!
