Spring Break is finally here; a well-needed break from all of the studying and hard work, to recharge our batteries and come back energized! This can be applied to physical exercise, as well. A steady routine is ideal, yet, a few times throughout the year it can be beneficial to your body to take an easy week. If you’re busy enjoying your vacation, and don’t necessarily want to spend an hour in the gym, or don’t have access to one, try this mini-kickboxing circuit that can be done in a hotel room, on the beach, or anywhere you happen to be! Since there is no equipment nor gym needed, it’s a great way to stay active during holidays, vacations, or any time you travel. If you’d like to see more mini-workouts like these, please let me know!
