As we bid January adieu, I present to you the final series of the tabata training. If you’re just tuning in and are new to tabata, I’ll have you know that it is a fast, effective way to boost your metabolism and help you lose body fat! See instructions below and press play! (Be sure to check out Vol. I, Vol. II, & Vol. III as well).
Instructions: Do any of the following exercises for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds, for a total of 8 rounds. You can repeat the same exercise each round or mix it up. Just remember 20 sec work, 10 sec rest 8xs. Good luck!
Low Reverse Lunges
Wall Ball Slams
Alternating Kettlebell Swings
