How many of you have made a new year’s resolution that involves getting in shape? If your goal is to get leaner, tabata training is a great way to jumpstart your new year’s resolution! Tabata is a 4-minute workout that boosts your metabolism to lose body fat. Sounds too good to be true? Give it a try! It’s not as easy as you may think.
Instructions: Do any of the following exercises for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds, for a total of 8 rounds. You can repeat the same exercise each round or mix it up. Just remember 20 sec work, 10 sec rest 8xs. Good luck!
