Simply lifting a pair of 10 lb dumbbells will NOT give you a body builder’s body. Body building is a strategic process that is not so simple to acquire. Strength training is a general form of fitness that is beneficial to all sorts of people who fall under different body types, age groups, and fitness levels.
Remember: light weight, high reps to “tone”, and heavy weight, low reps to “build”.
