Tis the season to…make excuses!!! There’s plenty going on this month, between shopping, gift wrapping, party planning, cooking, hosting, traveling, on top of the regular responsibilities like kids, work, or school. It’s going to be more difficult to find time to exercise, but not impossible. If an hour is asking for too much, you can still get in a substantial workout.
