Mango Smoothie With Whey

Makes one full glass (approximately 12 fl oz).

1/2 cup of skim milk

1 cup of crushed ice

1 scoop (30 grams) of vanilla whey protein powder

1 overripe mango *The blacker the mango, the sweeter the smoothie!

Remove skin and seed of mango, blend all ingredients at a low speed until texture is consistent, pour into glass, and enjoy!
