I’m Kat! I’d been training for several years and woke up one day with the desire to start a blog. I like writing and I like fitness; so why not write about fitness? I get to kill two birds with one stone and reach out to people worldwide. I suppose I’d be killing three birds with one stone – not that I have anything against birds!
