Wednesday, June 21st marked the beginning of my favorite season! (Not that Miami has any other seasons any way). Last summer, I launched the first Summer Meltdown series with Cardio Kickboxing. Summer Meltdown is dedicated to helping get rid of some unwanted pounds so that we can feel confident in our shorts, tanks, and swimwear.
